AMBI Lamp is verified with an IP40 resistance rating. This means that it is protected against any object greater than 1mm but it has no protection against liquids.

How do I dim my AMBI Lamp?

The Dimmable feature on AMBI Lamp is controlled through touch. Simply rest your finger on the centre circle on the top of the AMBI Lamp and hold your finger there until you reach the desired light level.

Does AMBI Lamp have a warranty?

AMBI Lamp has a warranty lasting 2 years. If you experience any problem with your AMBI Lamp you can contact us or simply return it by using the return label provided, at no additional cost. We will then send you a brand new AMBI Lamp.
